Request a QuoteEvery property is different, so some services are charged by time while others are quoted individually based on the size, condition and work required.
We are a two-person cleaning team. Hourly services are charged per cleaner, per hour, also known as a labour hour.
Designed for routine weekly, fortnightly or regular household cleaning to keep your home clean, fresh and manageable.
Example:
2 cleaners for 1 hour = 2 labour hours = £40
2 cleaners for 1½ hours = 3 labour hours = £60
Because there are two of us working at the same time, the clean can generally be completed in less clock time than it would take one cleaner.
Deep cleans involve more detailed work than a routine maintenance clean and are tailored to the individual property.
We will normally provide an estimated price or labour time before the clean based on the property and the work required.
Some cleans vary too much in size, condition or requirements for a one-size-fits-all price. These services are quoted individually after discussing the property and agreed scope of work.
Detailed cleaning tailored to the property, including agreed cupboards, internal glass, surfaces and appliance work where required.
Pricing depends on property size, bedrooms, bathrooms, linen, laundry, guest-ready checks, restocking, appliances, travel and changeover requirements.
Pricing is based on the premises, frequency, access arrangements, required areas and agreed cleaning specification.
Larger or unusual projects are assessed individually so that the quotation reflects the actual work required, for example post-contruction cleans, moving in cleans.
Appliance Reset is our detailed appliance-cleaning service. Prices below are a guide and may vary depending on size, condition and level of soiling.
