Detailed, room-by-room cleaning designed to prepare an empty property for its next tenant, owner or inspection.
Request a QuoteOur end of tenancy cleans are designed to provide a thorough clean of accessible areas throughout an empty property. We work systematically through each room, tackling dust, grime, grease, limescale and general build-up where safe and suitable.
The exact work required will depend on the size, condition and contents of the property. Appliance deep cleans, heavy contamination, excessive waste removal and other specialist tasks may require additional time or incur an extra charge.
Health & safety: Cleaning will only be carried out where it is safe to do so. We may refuse or stop work in areas affected by hazardous waste, sharps, bodily fluids, pest infestations, unsafe electrics, damaged fixtures, heavy mould growth or other conditions requiring specialist treatment.
Please note: Ceilings, high walls and other elevated areas will only be cleaned where safely reachable using our available equipment. We do not move heavy furniture or appliances.
Please note: Full oven, extractor, fridge-freezer and other appliance deep cleans may be priced separately unless specifically included in the quotation.
Please note: Heavy limescale, deeply stained grout, damaged sealant, rust, mould beneath sealant and permanent discolouration may not be fully removable through cleaning alone.
Please note: Chimneys, flues, log burners and internal fireplace systems are not included unless separately agreed and may require a specialist service.
Please note: End of tenancy cleaning is intended to improve the cleanliness and presentation of a property, but it cannot reverse permanent damage, wear or deterioration. Staining, rust, corrosion, etched surfaces, damaged grout, worn flooring, mould beneath sealant, burn marks, scratches and discolouration may remain after cleaning.
Properties should be empty of personal belongings and unnecessary waste before we arrive. Excessive clutter, washing-up, abandoned items, heavy waste, pet contamination or areas requiring additional treatment may increase the time and cost of the clean.
We cannot guarantee the return of a tenancy deposit or acceptance by a landlord, letting agent or inventory clerk, as their requirements and decisions are outside our control. Any specific inventory or checkout requirements should be provided before the clean.
