A deep clean is perfect for first-time clients, seasonal cleans, one-off refreshes and properties needing extra attention.

Kitchen

Included

  • Worktops cleaned and sanitised
  • Exterior cupboard fronts cleaned
  • Extractor and filter degreased
  • Splashback, tiles and hob degreased and buffed
  • Sink and taps cleaned and polished
  • Microwave interior cleaned
  • Kettle descaled
  • Appliance exteriors cleaned, such as oven, fridge/freezer, microwave and toaster
  • Interior window glass cleaned
  • Windowsills, skirting boards and other surfaces dusted and cleaned
  • Cobweb removal, if reachable with an extendable duster
  • Floors vacuumed and mopped

Optional Kitchen Extras

  • Under kickboards hoovered
  • Tops of cupboards dusted and degreased
  • Window tracks cleaned, if window is openable
  • Oven deep clean
  • Fridge interior clean, must be emptied beforehand
  • Freezer defrosted and interior cleaned
  • Large appliance deep clean, such as dishwasher, washing machine or tumble dryer
  • Small appliance deep clean, such as toaster, air fryer or coffee machine
  • Dishwashing, by prior agreement
  • Inside cupboards and drawers cleaned, must be emptied beforehand
  • Indoor bin deep clean

Please note: Heavy grease, staining, rust, burn marks, limescale, damaged sealant, worn surfaces or long-term build-up may not be fully removable through standard cleaning. We are unable to clean areas that require heavy appliances or furniture to be moved. Cupboards, drawers and cupboard tops must be emptied or cleared beforehand if optional cleaning is requested.

Bathroom

Included

  • Inside and outside of toilet cleaned and disinfected
  • Shower fittings, hose, taps and tray cleaned
  • Bath cleaned
  • Sink and taps cleaned and polished
  • Light limescale removal, where suitable
  • Mirror, interior window glass and shower door cleaned and polished
  • Accessible tiles wiped down
  • Surfaces, cabinet exteriors and skirting boards dusted and cleaned
  • Towel rail cleaned and polished, if applicable
  • Cobweb removal, if reachable with an extendable duster
  • Floors cleaned and mopped

Optional Bathroom Extras

  • Shower head descaled
  • Extra limescale treatment, if suitable and agreed
  • Grouting deep clean, where suitable
  • Inside cabinets and cupboards cleaned, must be emptied beforehand

Please note: Heavy limescale, mould, staining, damaged grout or damaged sealant may require specialist treatment and may not be fully removable through standard cleaning. Cupboards and drawers must be emptied, and cabinet tops cleared beforehand if optional cleaning is requested. We are only able to clean areas which are reachable and accessible.

Living Area / Lounge

Included

  • All accessible surfaces, skirting boards and windowsills dusted and cleaned
  • Interior window glass cleaned
  • Cobweb removal and high-level dusting, if reachable with an extendable duster
  • Floors hoovered and hard floors mopped
  • High-touch points disinfected, such as light switches and door handles

Optional Lounge Extras

  • Under sofa cushion cleaning, if cushions are removable
  • Walls dusted and wiped over, if walls are suitable
  • Inside cupboards and drawers cleaned, must be emptied beforehand
  • Window tracks cleaned, if window is openable
  • Door and frames wiped over

Please note: We are only able to clean areas which are reachable and accessible. We are currently unable to clean areas which require heavy furniture or appliances to be moved. Drawers and cupboards must be emptied beforehand if interior cleaning is requested.

Bedrooms

Included

  • All accessible surfaces, skirting boards and windowsills dusted and cleaned
  • Interior window glass and mirrors cleaned
  • Cobweb removal and high-level dusting, if reachable with an extendable duster
  • Bedframe dusted and wiped over
  • Floors hoovered, including under bed if accessible

Optional Bedroom Extras

  • Walls dusted and wiped over, if walls are suitable
  • Inside cupboards, drawers and wardrobes cleaned, must be emptied beforehand
  • Window tracks cleaned, if window is openable
  • Tops of wardrobes and high-reach areas cleaned, must be cleared of items beforehand
  • Door and frames wiped over

Please note: We are only able to clean areas which are reachable and accessible. We are currently unable to clean areas which require heavy furniture or appliances to be moved. Drawers and cupboards must be emptied, and wardrobe tops cleared beforehand if cleaning is requested.
